Pros: Outstanding suction; long power cord and hose, which is very difficult to find; easy to clean dust collector; The floor brush fits under most of my furniture. Cons: The floor brush has very short bristles and isn't very soft, so I'm not crazy about using it on my hardwood floors; There is no dust bin and no grout brushes on board, which is very inconvenient. It's not going as well as I expected, but it's not bad enough to be a deal breaker. In general, I like the vacuum cleaner.

I am a professional cleaner. This vacuum has amazing suction power, a large tank and the longest cord I've ever had on a vacuum. A few bad things. The rod extension clip broke and I used it for a week. This vacuum cleaner is very heavy, it hits the corner of the wall and almost tears the drywall off. It's hard to pull behind you as it's heavy and the cable is so long it gets caught in the wheel. For almost the $264 I paid for it, I feel like the parts shouldn't break anymore.

I've owned more vacuums than I can count over the last 20 years and I have to say this is my favorite so far. I've been using it for two months, I use it almost every day. I find it has great suction, is easy to move around and I don't have to empty the canister as often as others.
