Good detail, fairly easy repair. Repair instructions in the test.

Good pump and motor. Apparently this is for a newer model, but the Bissell Little Green 1400 works quite simply. The pump is accessed by removing the four screws on either side of the upper case and the three screws holding the upper case together. The cables to the main switch can be separated to free up space to work. The pump is attached with two screws and hot glue. To loosen the motor, cut the zip tie holding the tube and remove the tube. Works: vacuum and floor care

What can I say about this pump? My Bissell Little Green Clean machine stopped spraying liquid, defeating the purpose of the machine itself, so I knew I had a problem. At first I thought the hose might be clogged, but after disassembling the housing and checking that the hose was free of clogs, my attention turned to the pump itself. Using a multimeter, I made sure the pump was getting power was, but the pump itself did not rotate. Good news, a quick search at Revain found a replacement motor…

I was very dissatisfied when I couldn't find an installation video anywhere. So, here's what I found out. You will need small zip ties, several different sized Phillips screwdrivers, needle nose pliers, and a hot glue gun. Remove both tanks from the machine. You will find 4 screws. Take out and set aside. Have small bowls to put the screws in so you don't get confused when ordering replacements. Carefully remove the cover. I wasn't able to remove the switches and indicator light, so carefully…
