Fits Workmate 400

They fit my Workmate 400 but require some work to fit properly. Do yourself a favor and smear the pins with some grease before trying to put them through the hinge holes in the legs and into those leg latches. It's a very tight fit and I broke one and had to order a 2 pack so now I have a spare should I need it. All in all, I spent about $45 to replace the latches on my Workmate 400, which I've probably had for about 25 years. It's currently being used as the table for my miter saw and it works

If you have an old Workmate 200 you will need some work

I bought these because one of the answers to the question was that they work with all Workmate products with folding legs. It's almost like that. The round post that goes through the sheet metal is slightly larger and not as far from the edge as the original. A few taps with a chainsaw sharpening file and it fits in the hole, locking the leg in place but doesn't actually lock the leg in the folded position. I'm OK with that because it drove me nuts when I slipped a few inches on a co-worker and

Suitable replacement

I inherited one of the first generation partners and three leg locks were broken. I was happy to find them on Amazon at a reasonable price. After carefully comparing photos online to a good one I had, I couldn't tell any differences. I received it and was hoping there would be some simple instructions on how to remove the old one and install the new one. There was none.
