Great product, definitely recommend.

Ignore the timestamp on the photos. This flashlight is amazing! Handled very well we went down 104 feet it was 76 degrees and it was quite light. Will definitely be buying more if needed

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Some little things

Not the best at 2000 lumens for water sports

This flashlight is definitely waterproof. That was enough for me for a 2.5 hour dive with no leaks. The light was just as bright as it started, so I'd say the battery life is excellent. However, the light emitted is not brighter than my 1000 lumen flashlight, but twice as strong. It's very big, heavy, it uses 2 batteries instead of 1. The charger never goes green either. It's always red, I left it on overnight on the second charge and it still didn't turn green.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Not the best

Long-lasting, well-illuminating dive lamp.

Excellent dive light. If you are looking for small/light this is not for you. It is a reliable, lightweight light. It reminds me of those magnetic lights but for underwater use. Therefore, shorten the wrist strap so you don't accidentally knock your teammate off his feet if he gets too close. This is very hard work. A simple on/off switch that also glows in the dark for great lighting. So far so good, will update if anything changes. Definitely what I was looking for.

Pros
  • hands-free mode
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Impeccable customer service

I can't comment on the product (as I haven't had an opportunity to night dive yet) but I would like to say that Bluefire Tech is a MUST to review and eventually buy scuba gear. I received an email from Rebecca, their customer service rep, offering a return and replacement option on terms well beyond that of a simple seller. I hope and trust that the product will perform as expected. which makes customer service "unnecessary". But providing that customer experience from the start goes a long way

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Requires outlet

Battery and charger stopped working after 2 dives.

I have two of these lights, bought the first one, has had no problems and has been with me on several dives. On the second one I bought the charger stopped working immediately after one use, the lights flashing like it's charging but not charging. Batteries used and charged on the charger of the first purchase, everything worked. Until I went to charge after the second dive and the batteries no longer hold a charge. The first set still works perfectly, but the second light, its charger and…

So far, so good! for diving and snorkeling

I'm having a bad time and had a few dives planned just after COVID 19 got really bad so I haven't had a chance to use this light for that intended purpose (under water) yet. Hope that changes soon! However, I got to know the light quite well on land and so far I have to give it a thumbs up. Smooth operation, solid build, nice and bright flashlight - everything it's supposed to be. The only detail I would definitely pay attention to is the size - it's not small. It's normal for me - I'm a grown…

  • I won't say anything

Price and functionality

I bought a quality flashlight at a reasonable price. This light was worth the wait and the time it took to find it. Well built, with good weight and the feel of a well built professional flashlight. I use this light exclusively for diving and at over 80ft it makes a big difference how well the colors show up in the water column. With a simple one button function (high, low and strobe) the battery lasted 2 dives for over 1.5 hours of near constant run time with plenty of power remaining. The…

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

Just ok, not great.

This is a normal dive light but it has some flaws/problems. For reference, I've owned about a dozen Chinese CREE dive lights over the years, so this isn't my first rodeo. I tested it but not underwater so I can't comment on its durability or how well it handles pressure and depth. Nonetheless. Conclusion: OK, but not outstanding. What's good: The build feels very solid, looks like it could take a few hits without falling apart. Comfortable in hand, light weight, can be a good club in a bar…
