Update 10/22/20: I like the mount but would only use it on a road bike. Drove about a dozen kilometers of 10-20 with no problems. My only short 1 mile off-road managed to shake my phone out, but it was pretty bumpy the whole way. It's probably better to use a more secure off-road mount. The car with the phone in it turned over. The phone didn't budge and continued playing my playlist. I'm fine, I landed on my feet, the bike was unharmed. A good product. 👍

I had an earlier version that mounted the phone horizontally and I bought this one to get a portrait orientation that better suits my setup scenario. Good things first: It's cheap and easy to install. The specs mean it can handle larger phones even when they're in a protective case. Unfortunately, there are two key issues with this that are leading me to start looking for a replacement in just a matter of weeks.
