I wore the sleeve under long trousers and it did not last above the knee, it rolled down and after five minutes of walking it jammed right on the kneecap. The only way to clean up is to find a public restroom, take off your pants, and put them back on. It rolls up every time I put it on. I don't wear it anymore, wasted my money.

I hate this product. I tried 3 different sizes even after measuring around the knee. Every size was either too tight or too loose. I tried 5X, 4X and 3X Wide Calf and none of them worked. I wish they were a size right between 4X and 3X Wide Calf. However, the compression around the knee reduced the pain so I kept trying to find the perfect size.

This knee pad will NOT stay in place. I have a large hip/knee and was looking for a knee osteoarthritis brace. He approached but kept rolling and sliding down. I returned it but I will say Braceability had an amazing return policy. No I do not recommend this product, yes I recommend the company. It was great working with them.

So close, but it just doesn't work. I ordered this a regular 3x size according to measurements and it was so loose at the top of my leg that it folded itself up, but was so tight at the bottom of my leg that I could barely take it off. I made a compromise and went for a size 2XL. Same issue above. However, the lower part is much more comfortable. But it looks like it won't work for me unfortunately. It's sad because I really, really needed it.

Up to now it was almost impossible to find a neoprene sleeve for full legs. Sleep Braceability fits perfectly (just follow the measurement instructions). Some people don't like neoprene because it's hot, but that's why I like neoprene. I have severe arthritis in my knees and one of them had a knee replacement. Fits like me but slips. If you want to sit, great! But when moving it slips. I'm a size 20 with big pluses and I've ordered 5x. I was so happy to order braces that actually fit. It relieves my knee. I'm sorry this brace fell off while wearing it. My knee felt really good with it, but it just didn't hold up. I have ordered 6x and my measurements are within their recommendations. My 6xl measurements were 35 x 22 inches so I had the largest and the smallest. My spouse measured this for me and we made it exactly as the instructions say (6 inches top and bottom).
