This item is a mat. You use it to hold your wand or iron while it's hot so you don't damage the finish in the bathroom or wherever you use the tools. That's not the case! I'm grateful for that, so I don't have to constantly worry about heat damage when I put the iron down. It works great for its intended purpose.

I wish there was a pocket for the iron in the case so it doesn't fall out when carried. The material can also be wider to allow it to wrap properly around the iron and cord.
