These are original Brother Innobella ink cartridges! They only cost about 65% of the retail price! DO NOT USE CHEAP INK CARTRIDGES SO CALLED "BRHER COMPATIBLE"! They can clog your printheads! I had to recycle my previous 1 year old Brother printer which I used cheap compatible Brother cartridges that I bought from Revain. You have clogged the printheads! I've tried generics and counterfeits and I keep coming back to Brother. They just work in my MFC-J4510DW printer. The ink usually lasts 4-6 months, so the extra charge doesn't bother me. I feel like they get about the advertised number of pages out of them, but more when printing plain text and less when running through large image projects. The print quality is excellent and there have never been any errors/dropouts with this brand's printer.

This is the brand my printer needs. I previously had an older Brother printer and the other brand of ink was not working properly as the level was not showing correctly after replacing the cartridges. So with this printer, at least as long as it's relatively new, I'll stick with branded inks.

I was expecting to get what is stated in the picture which is two cartridges. One cartridge only came in a shipping box. I can't tell you if the quality is there, because it's not time for me to change the cartridge yet. Thought I'd give that a try as it's a bit cheaper but instead you fooled me and it ended up costing me more. Shame on you, but I won't be ashamed, I've learned my lesson.
