So I didn't realize I needed to replace the waste toner bottle until my copies had black streaks and black dots. I thought it was a toner problem. However, when I opened the printer to clean it, I noticed that the waste toner box was full. And there's really no other option but to get a new one to replace it. It is dirty and cannot be emptied. Once the new one arrived and I replaced it, the copies came out perfectly clean. It worked.

This product has arrived open and used. There is blue ink on the sponge roller and the indicator is in the middle instead of at the top. I really need it so I'm keeping it.
