Luckily I was able to find a shoehorn to help me insert it.

I bought Bruno Marc men's size 9 brown leather lined loafers. The shoes arrived on time, new and very well packaged (outer box, shoe box, each shoe in an individual bag and filled with paper to store forms). The looks are great and it appears to be a solid and well-made product. the time will show. Although the shoe is true to size in length and width, I found the foot insertion hole to be smaller than my previous shoes. I measured the hole over 1/2 inch shorter than the shoe I'm replacing.
