Description of Cardone Select 13 2221 Master Cylinder

Only O.E.-quality seals and cups are used to ensure O.E. performance and reliability. All rubber components meet S.A.E. specifications. Bores meet critical micro-finish specifications to eliminate pitting and corrosion, a cause of premature failure. Castings feature a premium protective coating to minimize corrosion and extend unit life. Seals are temperature-cycled from -30°F to +220°F to ensure reliable performance during your daily commute and plastic reservoirs are vacuum-tested to ensure they are leak free. Mounting hardware and bleeding kits are supplied with every unit to make the installation and bleeding process faster and easier (where applicable).

Faulty Master Cylinder - Disappointing Purchase

According to my experience I would not recommend this brake system part for any automotive enthusiasts .Although the price may seem attractive, it soon becomes clear that the quality is lacking. The pros are that it fit my car model correctly. The cons, however, are numerous. The product began to leak brake fluid within a few weeks of installation, causing a safety hazard. Not worth the risk, invest in a higher quality option instead..

The cylinder is of excellent quality.

So this master cylinder is as good as it gets. Works fine as it should. Excellent quality at a good price. The price, as well as the quality, was excellent.
