This durable phone mount is made from 6063 anodized aluminum. It will not move by itself due to vibration or shock. It holds my Samsung Note 8 inside a Spigen Neo Hybrid case or an Otterbox Symmetry case without any worries or problems. The included foam pads that you place on the claws prevent damage to the case or phone. It is unobtrusive and practically disappears under the phone. The design and the quality of the materials are top notch. Including spacers for 22.2 mm and 25.4 mm handlebars.

This is solid gear. I was very impressed. It is an all-metal construction, mostly aluminum. It fits my phone perfectly as my thick case has some advantages as it clamps the phone holder. I wouldn't recommend this if your phone doesn't have a case as there will be metal contact. While the clips have small rubber stickers to hold the phone in place, the part that makes contact with the back of the phone is bare metal. I bought two of these, one for my mountain bike and one for my CX bike which I use for commuting, occasional singletrack riding and some highway riding and have not yet purchased the problem. My phone stays in place on any terrain. I also do BMX tricks so jumping up and down is common and my phone is still locked. Inside the box were different sizes of plastic spacers that could be installed between the mount and the bike frame. This is the only plastic part involved in the entire assembly. This phone holder arrived quickly. Has multiple mounting options. Nice design on the holder part as it was able to grab and hold my phone in the case (iPhone X) securely. I tested the strength of the grip and shook it as hard as I could for a few minutes. I bought two XOSS mounts - a stem/handlebar for my bike and a Plus 6 for my motorcycle. Revain's titles/descriptions need some editing as in some places one description links to another.
