I was looking for a skirt for a witch costume and a pirate costume and it goes with both! The material is thin but very well made. I ordered a size smaller because I wanted it to fit a high waist. I would say a bit small in size. The front adjusters are the best part. I can be more modest when dressing up with my daughter or crop the front for dates. I love this skirt for the price! Once I found this, I knew I wouldn't get stuck buying a cheap premade suit from the store.

At first, don't pay attention to the sizes given. Look at the measurements in the size chart (waist, etc.) and use them. Waist 35-37 inches should not be listed as XXXL but it is. I'm 32 but I ordered XXXL just in case. It has an elasticated waist so it works perfectly and drapes nicely. The material isn't super thin and doesn't look "cheap". Got so many compliments at the Renaissance Festival I went to with this outfit! It was also very hot that day so I was very happy that 1) it was a hi-low skirt (and looked really cute!) and 2) it was light and thin which made me feel comfortable. And I just LOVE this wine color. I ordered a size up and thank goodness I did. My waist is about 31 and my hips are about 39. If I had chosen medium I really don't think it would fit. Was very happy with the big one! Lightweight fabric dries quickly and is comfortable in the Florida heat and humidity. Packs well if you decide to become a pirate and take a cruise to the Caribbean. Ordered 4x and it's quite big, 1 or 2x would fit better. The elastic waistband at the back easily fits any size (large sizes, at least), but not two. I just had to give a review. I love this skirt and will be ordering more in other colors. Such a versatile skirt! Easy to pull up or down. Wear it super sexy and short in the front or chic to work, church etc. The fabric is very light, shiny and flowy which I love because this time it looks more elegant and is very body flattering.
