Shame it's so small - whetstones

later The whetstone is so small that it's impractical to sharpen a blade of decent length or size. To do this, you must hold the stone dangerously close to your sharpened blade with your fingertips.

Delivered quickly and works as advertised.

I didn't like that the squares were smaller than expected: I was expecting 2.5 x 8 inches, but the actual size of the product was approximately 1.6 x 3.0 inches. However, they seem to be doing their job. After processing, the tested knives are significantly sharper.

Great pocket stones that get the job done.

Unlike most people who buy these stones (or others of the same size), I know what two inches is. So it came as no surprise when the 2 inch stones I ordered turned out to be real. two inches long. The size is clearly stated in the description AND in the pictures, plus anyone who really thought they were getting full size bars for that price has bigger issues than their inability to read. These are compact, pocket-sized sharpeners/buffing stones. They are exactly as advertised and do their job…
