I had one many years ago but it stopped working. Hope this one lasts longer. I have sideburns on my chin that I want to get rid of. The last machine worked very well and I think this one did too. The only problem this time around is that I'm older, my near vision isn't that good and my hands are shaking, but I can still use this device with a lighted 10x makeup mirror, reading glasses and patience.

replacement parts were too short to fit the electrolyzer so you have to take over and it reduces the control you have with the wand.

Works well with all personal electrolysers and gets the job done. I've been doing my own electrolysis for 4 years now after the woman I went to stopped working. So they do their job and I know what to expect so I'm careful when using them.

These needles are a bit expensive so if one or two don't come out of the box quite straight and don't fit in the needle tip, others will be more expensive because you're getting less than 6 usable for the price of six. I would be very grateful if the seller could fix the problem by sending me some free boxes. I've also bought from other vendors and faced the same problem.

Very disappointed! I bought this set and received a different type/brand than what was previously sold. Tried every one and couldn't get any to work. All were either too short or bent when first used. I liked the previous orders, this time I wasted my money.
