Is 480W enough? suitable for power pack accessories

Would you like to install a 12V or 24V solar system? If more is better then why not 48V? So we wanted to install some 12V sockets as we have had very good luck with them in the past. This device was the easiest way to get our 24v solar system to output 12v. We also have a 12v water pump (although I recently discovered that the same pump is available in a 24v version< sigh>). Connecting this converter to a "load" on our solar controller made it easy to power the outlets and water pump. The

Great for Blueetti! AC200 and AC200P

My Bluetti AC200 and AC200P "solar generators" charge with 100 watts from a 12v source OR 200w from a 24v source but it takes forever to charge the Bluetti with charge 100 watts. charge if necessary. The large LiFePo4 battery is charged with 1500W of solar power, so it was plenty. In short, it worked like a charm! This device provided the Bluetti with 204 watts of 24vdc to keep it charged while drawing 16.8 amps from the 12 volt battery. I've been using it this way for several months with no…

Very cool product, with sparks and all! (Buck Converter 36/48/V, 60 Amp)

This is one of the most useful upgrades I've made to my boat. I'm swimming in a remote camp for a week. With long days on the water and not charging every night I sometimes run out of battery on my starter battery due to working fountain, stereo/amp and other things. This device allowed me to connect almost any 12 volt accessory to my 36 volt marine engine battery, so my starter battery was always charged. And it's powered by all three batteries for more even wear compared to connecting…

I use rechargeable electric herbivores to mow and trim my garden and a 2009 Neuton EM5.1 Electric Mower to keep it clean. totally unfit for the task, and I didn't particularly like my hacked version using two sealed 12V 21A lead-acid batteries, which I purposely opened up and flooded with a standard battery electrolyte solution to keep the cells from drying out What while a big improvement, the batteries alone weighed 25 pounds. But when I got my hands on a state of the art 12V 32Ah (384Wh)…

It works, hardly. Read below.

This product works a little as advertised. Trying to get full load through this buck converter is not a good idea as it will easily overheat if you do it in the default configuration. I assume it doesn't overheat at half load, although there may be a voltage drop. Indeed, when passively cooled by an aluminum heatsink, the thing gets very hot, although thankfully the overheat protection works as advertised and shuts the device down immediately, so that's a good thing. this should ensure air…
