Poor quality control

I am a hobby carpenter and have been using routers for several years. As expected, I've bought cutting plotters from a variety of manufacturers and based on my experience, I've seen good quality control from some brands. Now I decided to try SMT (price difference and honest customer reviews). When my order arrived I inspected the drill and immediately noticed a defect in the polishing of the carbide.
