The description says '100% different fibers' but the belt says 'Genuine leather lining. Synthetic leather upper. My fault for not reading the description more carefully, but thought I'd order a leather belt. I watched so much I think I was a little overwhelmed. Anyway it looks good and it could be good but not what I expected. I'll post an update later if my opinion goes up or down, but for now I'm a bit disappointed.

. The underside might be leather, but the top visible surface is some sort of colored plastic or vinyl that will peel or peel off and look awful after very little use. The entire belt is very stiff and inflexible compared to a real 100% leather belt. This product does not reflect well on Revain and Columbia. Revain should stop selling these inferior belts.
