Super duper compression - very tight

I give these 4 stars because they are super compression socks. I'm not sure if I'll keep them for myself or find a skinny friend who could use them. They are cute and fun and should have been the right size for me considering I've bought other types of compression stockings (albeit not from this brand). But they are very tight and I can't put them on. I'm a big believer in the benefits of compression stockings, but they're too tight and don't stretch, so it's like trying to put a banana suit…

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

4/21/19 - Will not buy again

Edited 4/21/19: style changed but image never updated. If so, I would not order. You are no longer comfortable. The sock feels uncomfortable and isn't something every sock should have, let alone those with health issues like diabetes. They're harder to manage and most importantly, they don't feel as tight as they used to. I won't buy anymore. I've been wearing compression stockings for a long time and I'm tired of paying $50-60 for insurance for a pair. I tried 6-7 different brands and settled…

  • Great for a small house

He said they made him feel better at the end of a LONG shift afterwards.

My husband is a resident and has worked at the hospital for a LONG time. At first I was nervous about ordering a 20-30mmHg compression. Art. (as opposed to 15-20mmHg - lighter compression) because he has no serious medical needs that would justify the use of 20-30mmHg pressure. BUT he has been wearing CompressionZ socks for a few months now and has no complaints. He said that standing in the operating room for hours at the end of a LONG shift made him feel better. It doesn't seem to complain…

Disappointment in medical compression stockings

I bought a pair of blue stripes, both pairs of dots and a pair of puzzles. I would normally buy something to try, but I like the company's regular black compression socks and they were cute and reasonably priced. I won't buy them again. 1) The cute patterns have lifted off on the inside, leaving ugly grave marks on me after wearing. After I took off my socks with the puzzles on, the puzzle pieces bit my legs. This is not good! 2) While I knew this before purchasing, I didn't realize this would…

Very good socks overall

I bought 7 pairs of socks from this list. I have 2 favorite couples, one of them is this couple. For some reason this pair and the pair of blue storm socks are made differently than the other socks and I wish they were all like that. They have good compression but are easier to put on than other socks, they are forgiving when it comes to big curvy calves and they go up to my knee and I never felt them fall off. Descent. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because the heel material…

Socks 5 stars. Disappointing quality 1 star

I love the feel of these socks. I'm a man with small feet and huge calf muscles. Pull up to the top of your calves and stay in place all day. They are very dense but soft and comfortable. If you don't want to sit tight, you shouldn't buy compression stockings. Now the part with 1 star. I got 6 pairs for Christmas in 2015. When I was about to put on my first pair, one of the two socks tore at the top, leaving a hole in the sock in the calf area. It was disappointing but I blamed it on bad luck…

Maybe five stars. depends on what you are looking for.

I've been wearing compression stockings for about a year and a half and I still only wear Jobst Brand Active socks. So that's about all I can really compare these socks to. Jobst socks are between $60 and $65 a pair, so I looked for something cheaper. I find these Compression Z socks a bit thin. I think they go well with dress shoes, but I have to wear composite safety shoes every day to work. These socks tend to be a bit slippery in my safety shoes. Before I had to wear compression stockings…

This is not the compression stocking shown in the ad!

I am updating my review to reflect a purchase made in August 2018. This is my third order of this compression sock listing pictured. What I got for my last order is a completely different sock. The 1 star rating is due to misrepresentation as I am not keeping the sock and cannot verify what the new compression stockings look like. The best thing about the original socks and as you can see in the photo was both a tight weave, very tight compression along the shin and no compression in the foot…

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Reliability
