Convenient size to ensure you cannot use other tubes with it. I would agree and would be happy to purchase more tubes unless they didn't have the 1" tube available for my product due to the extended stop at the bottom. The labels on my products are clear so my customers can see they can easily tell they are not getting a full vial, even if I label them in oz/mL they will feel like they have been ripped off. I will use them for rehearsals but I don't use them for production.

I liked that this product was made in the USA, which ultimately motivated me to buy it. There isn't much out there and it's very easy to use. My only complaint (and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5) is that the tray only seems to fit Mary Tylor brand lip balm containers. I have a few others left over from another box I bought a while ago that didn't fit in the tray. Some kind of crap. The filling tray and tubes are great, fair price but I noticed that due to the design of the tube you can only fill the tube 3/4 full with lip balm. The tube screw does not turn all the way in due to the tube's construction, resulting in customers seeing that they are receiving less than a full tube of product. One suggestion is to buy white tubes instead of clear tubes so the level is not visible. Overall I liked the service and return policy and give Mary Tylor Naturals a 5 star rating.

I liked trying it but in the end I was disappointed. I've been making lip balms for a long time and wanted to try Mary Tylor Naturals because I love their products. This tray just keeps her lip balm tubes safe (compared to others I have). And it leaks horribly if the hose isn't tight against the tray.
