This is the same size we use in the hospital as a sleeve for PICC lines. It had no elastic closure and fell right off my husband's arm. I need to sew elastic edges on it to make it work. The product did not work properly.

I bought this to use as a cotton barrier under moderate compression socks. The material of the sock made my eczema worse and this barrier helps relieve it. The 4 inch width is good, conforms to the shin and ankle without tension. If I were to use it on my arm I would buy 3 inches. The fabric feels durable enough to be washed and reused when air dried.

Although they were easy to cut and stretch, the elasticity wasn't very strong so they didn't stay in place when she got up or walked.
