Works well, could be shorter.

Let me put a new fan in my PSU to reduce the noise and keep it running, but with the cable it was a bit difficult to attach the extra cable inside.

Reverse polarity best in connectors and adapters

I installed this in a 24v 350w power supply and found the fan never kicked on under load. Upon checking, the polarity of the +12V and GND lines in the 2-pin connector was wrong. I tested this by making sure the Noctua NF-F12 fan works properly via the standard 4 pin connector and by connecting the adapter to the fan with DuPont cables in both cases. Since it's almost impossible to disassemble the small 2-pin connector without damaging the connector, I remodeled the 4-pin connector on my fan to…

I remember turning off my CPU in the late 90's and it took me a while to find the product which is Zalman Fanmate. They were no longer made but I did find a few used ones on eBay. My ASIC miners were loud as hell when used with a separate power supply. However, they make really great heaters.
