I was concerned the strap would be too long for my petite build (I'm 5ft 1in) and it fitted perfectly. I have a 4kg chihuahua that fits in as well.

It's a bit difficult to get the dogs in at first, but Papuans work wonders for restless babies. As soon as you enter, relax. We held the needy there while we prepared dinner because she was always crying to be held. The material is thick and durable. I wish the harness was adjustable as I'm small, but it easily holds a ten pound dog.

This sling is softer than I expected and much larger than I expected. I am adopting two 6 week old foster kittens and wanted to find the best way to get them from cage to cage X and back. One likes to stick his head out and the other likes to snuggle up to it. Definitely a good buy for the price but be aware that for kittens weighing 2lbs or less it will be a little more for them!

I got this because I'm an older Chihuahua mix and needed it. We live upstairs, he has a herniated disc and I need both my hands free to lean on the banister and wall in the stairwell as I have poor balance. It fits in perfectly. The lanyard has a soft base so it provides a little support to keep it in place. I originally bought this sling for my 9 lb Yorkie. I don't know what happened to this order, but I received a notification that the product could not be delivered and that I have received a refund.
