When I tried this product, I was very disappointed with its performance. The installation was not easy and didn't seem to improve the engine's sound or horsepower. However, it did help with emissions. It's not worth the high cost and installation hassle for such a minimal improvement on performance.

Fits 07-08 Mazda 6 2.3. It can be used as a short head or cold air intake. If you used it as a cold air intake, you need water protection. The sound of the engine is louder and the response is faster. The only extra you will need is a vacuum lid for the extra tub.

I was just trying to install the air intake and found it was misaligned but I got it to work. I believe this product is only suitable for 4 cylinder engine, not for v6. The way I did this work, I didn't even use a section of pipe (pic #3), just the section with the MAF sensor and other hoses (pic #5). I had to shorten the crankcase ventilation tube a bit. Hose. I had to unscrew the battery and move it a bit to allow the hose to fit over the pipe. All in all, it was more difficult than it should
