The packaging arrived badly crumpled, the display broke when opened. On closer inspection it has already been used/returned (a return label was visible on the box).

Nice pic. Just the right size for my desk. 27 inches is too big. I love the USB C power delivery feature. Allows a cable to be connected to my Dell XPS13 2-in-1 laptop. A 6ft cable allows me to keep my laptop in a safe place away from things like spilled coffee when it's connected to my desktop.

I bought this monitor on January 25, 2021 and I really liked it on February 22, 2021. It went all year, it was great. I liked the picture quality. It connected to my MacBook Air via USB-C with no issues. Then suddenly it stopped working. It received power, but the display would no longer turn on. I tried different computers, tablets, and cables, but my screen stopped showing. Very disappointed that the purchase for $399 only lasted 1 year.

Excellent image and ergonomics. It is good for viewing/editing photos and videos. Saturation and color range are well suited for non-studio quality work. While it doesn't have the responsiveness needed for high-end gaming, it works well for casual gaming. Recommend this product for office use and photo/video editing.

Nice updated monitor! Externally I don't see any obvious damage. USB Type C is perfect for MacBook. The only problem is that the built-in speaker doesn't work.

First of all, I am very disappointed with the build quality of this screen. The thin plastic frame is cracked in the bottom right corner of the screen. Don't be surprised when you see how thin he is. The colors are also a big disappointment. A green tint that I find difficult to adjust. The controls, even on the screen, are ancient. I ordered this to charge/view output with a single USB-C cable for my MacBook Pro but was sad to see that the text on the screen was uneven. I tried every available resolution/scaling option and none of them were smooth.

I work in graphic design. The last Dell had a black streak after six years. So I decided to replace it on Black Friday. The Black Friday price is very attractive and I ordered right away. Dell is great at designing the build process! It can be easily assembled in just two steps without additional tools. So far this has worked well. However, please note that if you are using a MINI DP-DP cable and the monitor does not recognize the signal, disable Smart HDR in the monitor settings.

Great monitor and I was able to get rid of the charger and a few adapters from my 2016 15" Mac Pro. Power and peripherals work great.

I bought this for its claimed clarity and USBC connectivity for my Macbook Pro which only has USBC (boo). There is clarity, and after two weeks the color began to flicker. I've tried multiple USBC cables, HDMI to hub, etc. but nothing fixed the issue. Apparently the problem is with the monitor itself. So be careful.

Probably a good monitor, but text looks jagged on a MacBook Pro. Loved this monitor and was a complete disappointment. If you're considering buying this monitor for your MacBook Pro, stay away.
