The description was correct, it came with thread paste

Fits perfectly (both ends) RSX 2003 upstream. The color setting of the cable did not match the old one. In my case, this clears the a/f sensor error momentarily. Probably something else with my car. Update: Somehow the car cable had no passage, tight and works like clockwork!

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

2002 Acura RSX Regular

Check the engine light on the displayed upper air/fuel gauge. Denso 234-9006 replaced Denso 192400-1070 with 11C22 under that part number. The exchange is pretty easy. That part was the exact fit, connector and all. Battery disconnected to reset codes. Only driven a few kilometers so far and CEL is still out. The best price I could find.

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Lightly dented

Denso 234-9006 ($150) is a direct replacement for Honda/Acura 36531-PND-A01.

Denso 234-9006 ($150) is a direct replacement for Honda/Acura 36531-PND-A01 ($300). This Denso oxygen sensor only fixes codes P1166 and P1167 on my 2002 Acura RSX Base/Leather. (Engine: K20A3, Transmission: KA5AT). No modifications are required, it even comes with an anti-seize compound. For Acura RSX Type S, the Acura part is 36531-PRD-A01.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Without automatic transmission

Almost the best of sensors

Great for the sensor itself but not perfect overall. On 2004 Base Automatic models, the wire is secured to the wire harness with a pre-installed grommet. Unfortunately this does not happen. You need to cut the rubber grommet off the old sensor and then attach it to the new one. The price is unbeatable. The package was a little wrinkled and unfortunately sealed with tape. It comes with more than enough anti-seize compound.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • So far so good

It does not work. piss off!

Purchased to replace the primary O2 sensor on a Honda K20A engine but the MIL on inspection showed trouble code P0135 (O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Failure, Bank 1, Sensor 1). Using a voltmeter, it turned out that the resistance of the heating circuit is too low at 1.7 ohms (should be more than 10 ohms). From the wiring harness side I get battery voltage (12 volts). Please note that the reason for the replacement was to fix error PO131 (O2 sensor circuit undervoltage, bank 1, sensor 1). I suspect…

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Efficient and economical option for P1166/P1167

This sensor replaced a faulty sensor on a 2002 Acura RSX with automatic transmission that was producing codes P1166 and P1167. Please note that the Acura OEM sensor is made by Denso. It's the same as this one, just twice the price. (I've heard that if you order an OEM and open the box, the sensor is simply labeled "Denso". You can go to various major stores and look for shower hooks and you'll find the same design. The stores will label it. Same principle - Denso does it, Acura labels it and…

Pros
  • Great design

  • Nothing
