Good quality. Harder than I thought. I use it overnight to cover a wound on my horses. When it gets warmer, it can be too hard for any night.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my daughter and she loves it. Your mare is constantly playing with her mane and this helps a lot in not rubbing it when she puts on her bandana. We combed her mane before use and then put this hood on. A week later, the hood was removed to be combed again, and her neck was not tangled at all. Air conditioning was not needed as if we never left it. Overall I'm very happy with this product and hope it helps her mane grow a bit. Not the highest quality…

I ordered two of these - one pink and one LAVENDER...I got the pink in time but the lavender was not included. Then 4 days after I needed it for the show, I received THIS in BORDEAUX (see photo 1). It also has a belly buckle that is uncomfortable when the horse is lying down. (See photo 2 and note the buckle is dirty/scratched). I'll have to double check the product description to see if it says buckle. Finally, note the bad stitching in the PLASTIC zipper and the bad stitching around the eye…
