One rod is good, one is bad

I bought 2 clothes rails to create a second row of clothes. The rods are a perfect fit for the size I need. The first rod I bought looked clean with no chips or scratches. I was very disappointed with the second purchase. You can see the metal scrapers that are at the end of the bar and where they are adjustable. The ends also lacked a built-in wall mount.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Clarity

Two important notes. First, the product comes with bar mounts pre-installed, so panel mounting is fine for a while, but mounting directly to a wall won't work. Secondly this rod has an adjustable range and I only had to widen it a bit so even at the shorter end of the range you can still see some sag in the wood which you can see in the photo. Ironically I still have room on the stem so I think it will sag even lower once all the room is used up.

Pros
  • Done
Cons
  • Ok

PERFECT HOLD for wardrobe rails

Obtained two rods. One came out of the box very smoothly with no issues, the other I had to turn a bit to adjust the bar. After I got it out of the box and ready to screw it into the wall, I used pliers to bend the top so that it was flush with the wall when I screwed it in. I've had the poles for two days now and they have a lot of clothes on. and they are all great! Even though I ordered the longest bar for the most support, I only had to lengthen the bar 4 inches. This means that the part…

Pros
  • Worth the money
Cons
  • There are even more interesting options.
