Worked like clockwork the first time. After that it stopped working. I'm ashamed that I didn't have a spare hand pump with me that day. **UPDATE* As the product fell into the Revain return window I returned it for a new one and so far so good. I'll update my review if it doesn't work again. I could eat a lemon. Definitely better than doing it manually.

When comparing electric SUP pumps, one of the key features was the "accessory adapter" rather than the alligator clips that connect directly to the battery. The SereneLife pump is easy to use and definitely a money saver compared to a manual pump. To limit the pump to the recommended 15 minutes of continuous use, we start with a manual pump and end with an electric pump (2 boards). The only complaint is a bit noisy.

Less than 90 days, I've used it 7 times and today it doesn't work. I tried it on two cars. I tried connecting it directly to the battery via the battery connector. Nothing. DEAD like a doornail in less than 90 days. Since Serene Life is obviously not doing any good with their products, based on the numerous other reviews I'm seeing now that it doesn't work, I'll be sure to post a pump review on ALL online paddle board groups I'm in am a member. I don't have $80 and I have nothing.

We bought two of these at Seamaxx price. We love her and it divides time in half. Each board takes about 10 minutes. Update (05/06/2019): both pumps are still working properly. Sometimes they can turn off before the compressor works, but turning it back on or even unplugging it and "rebooting" helps. There are no complaints yet, we are not waiting for miracles, as long as they continue to download 2 or 3 boards at once (we have 5 boards that we pump right in a row), we are satisfied. Update…

Received the pump today. Was sent in the original packaging, only covered with a large one. UPS plastic bag. The box was a little damaged but placed normally. I checked the pump immediately and everything works fine. When the high-pressure pump starts, it's loud. But it is okay. I probably won't hear my kids screaming and screaming on the boat. LOL I was disappointed to see that the end of the tube that goes into SUP or inflatable boat is not interchangeable. It was hard to tell from the photos

Worked fine for 2 minutes then blew the fuse on my car. Then I connected it to another car and immediately the fuse blew. It turns out that the pump draws 110 watts, which at 12 volts draws almost 9 1/2 amps. The cigarette lighter socket on the dash in both of my Subars uses 10 amp fuses for the dash socket circuit and the 9.2 amp pump blows them out. However, the console output is connected to a 20A fuse that will not blow when the pump is in use. Keep this in mind and use the USB socket…

I think it would be a good tool if it worked. Although the nozzles are visible in the photos, the hose only has one non-detachable fitting and you can't install anything else, so I had to find a soft pad and hold the valve. It would have worked but the pump didn't go above 1.2psi. It would get there and then go back to zero and start over. Customer service? I bought this in spring in anticipation of summer fun and didn't try it until the weekend of July 4th 2020. I plugged in the pump and immediately the fuse blew, so I replaced the 10 amp fuse with a 15 amp fuse and it blew again. I decided to leave my hand pump at home since I had this new pump and didn't get a chance to inflate my paddles, so I decided to take the fork apart to see if I could figure out the problem and found one Short circuit in the fork.
