The first thing I received was the beginning of the zipper (bottom) which was sewn into the blanket making it impossible to fully unzip the zipper. A week later the zipper went haywire and it was impossible to start again. Came back and the new one has a different design, like a jacket or regular bag that can be fully opened and put back on. The new style gets 5 stars, the old one (December 2020) gets three stars.

I want to pay attention to the ratings. This blanket is so soft and my kids love it. BUT the zipper broke less than a week after receiving it. Very disappointed with the quality of this product. Update: I contacted the company directly about the broken zipper and they sent me a replacement straight away. Very happy with the customer service and will be changing my rating from 1 star to 4 stars for excellent customer service.

Soft, has a pillow case, looks well made. It rolls up and has its own elastic strap for storage. I thought it would be a quality sleeping bag at a reasonable price but was disappointed after the second use when the zipper broke. There is no place to insert a zipper like a coat and it is impossible to put the zipper back on the zipper track. I am very disappointed in this product.

Received as a gift for my sons. The zippers are plastic and both broke within a few days of receipt. Thinking that maybe it was an isolated incident or my kids were being too rough on them, I traded them. But a few days after I got new ones, one of them tore at one of the seams (not even the seam that would take the brunt when using a sleeping bag!). These are the best baby sleeping bags I have ever seen! Both my boys love dinosaurs and have a blast with the glow-in-the-dark design on the outside. But what really makes them amazing is how incredibly soft they are. They also have a zippered space for a pillow and it keeps it in place! I LOVE it because their pillows are always hidden. I was willing to pay extra for this sleeping bag because 1. it glows in the dark 2. the softness and thickness reviews were great. What they didn't mention is how cheap the zipper is.
