    Broke after two months

    This is incredibly frustrating. Installed and everything worked, after 2 months the clips broke and now it's a useless kit. Very frustrating. The things in the picture are absolute junk.

    Our top dish rack broke a wheel. We used this set to replace this part and have spares if the other side later fails. Easy to remove and replace. Worked great

    Two months for parts and accessories

    The kit had everything you need. Installation was pretty easy. "UPDATED" does not mean improved appearance. It looks like it's made out of cheap, brittle plastic. It broke after just two months. I do not recommend.

    Ordered March 2021, critical failure November 2021

    Replaced original parts in March 2021 (as of 2018) for "modernized" spares. The "Reconditioned" parts failed under normal use (we get three to four washes a week) and normal upper basket loading (e.g. regular drinking glasses, plastic dishes). From the failure of the original part and the very rapid failure of the "aftermarket" replacement part, it can be concluded that there is an inherent defect in these parts. Some videos online show well how to install the spare part.
