Works well with caveats

Received these collars just a bit early for most reviews but I have to say they are better suited for dogs 20lbs and over as they had to be modified, instead of just adjusting the straps, the Chihuahua fits. However, they stopped barking on the vibrator after I gave them a few verbal warnings. They didn't care at all for the sound signal when they were in the moment of barking. Also, you cannot control the vibration. So once your dog gets used to it, it's over. It's a pretty harsh buzz that…

The best investment ever. 2 very obedient puppies helped me regain my sanity!

The only problem is that the silicone tips got lost after a few days and it's not cheap to keep changing them. Use without dogs and check dogs frequently to avoid injury. The dogs ignore them and both are small dogs. They come running to me to get dressed before they go out. FYI, a touch of nail polish on each collar and each hand made it easy to tell one dog from another. I hope they last because they were a godsend! I would buy again at any time and got an extended warranty just in case. I…

Channel One collar broke on first power up

Update: I just received an email asking for a refund or a new collar. Revain had already refunded my money but it was nice that they offered it. The button is not that well made in my opinion and they escalated the issue to their design department. I just received them this week and tried to put them on my dogs after yesterday's training. Welcome corrective behavior!

As much as I love my almost 3 year old Goldendoodle, unfortunately he needs a lot of attention. I am very pleased to see that Dog Care is listening to customer feedback as they have made many of the most needed improvements to their previous dog collar.
