Everything was fine but the toilet paper roll didn't fit in the toilet paper holder. It wasn't deep enough so I had to buy a separate holder.

Pros: Good price and nice looking product. Cons: When unpacked, everything had a very strange smell, but the smell has subsided. Also, SO MUCH plastic was used to wrap each item which was really wasteful.

I don't know how they can produce such quality at such a price. I didn't expect it to be so durable. Good, now I know. The clamps are made of soft metal and will loosen after a year. I do not recommend.

I threw it away. the color was gone. I have requested a return label twice. My choice was to find a printer and print the label or throw it away. it's still garbage. I might as well leave him in his natural habitat.

Wanted to install them for our new buildings. They were very flimsy and the mounting brackets on the back were flimsy too and we couldn't diligently install them for our customers. Would return them but we order everything in advance and our returns window has just ended. Now you must try to buy them on ebay.

For a drop if a hat I would return it the same day I received it. Yes, it's nice, but the installation guide wouldn't hurt. If you're not smart and I'm not, good luck trying to figure out how to mount all this to the wall. The screw in the wall anchors, 3, broke the heads before they were halfway into the wall. There must be a way for this company to fix the problem.

I'm happy with how this unit looks in our bathroom, but installation was a bit of a hassle. The brackets weren't cut straight and the screws were very cheap. I had to change the curvature of the mounting brackets with needle nose pliers because some of them were inconsistent in shape. A few screw heads snapped off while drilling, but luckily I still had screws in my tool box.
