REVISED - 7 days before the end of the return period - error

Basically brand new and falling apart at the seams. UPDATE - Contacted customer service and replaced boots for free. So the customer service is great. I'll give an updated review of the boots themselves after we've had a chance to use them.

Great shoe for kids

I bought these for my 4 year old and he loves them very much. So far they've held up pretty well and he's played in the snow several times and never complained when his feet got cold.

  • I don't like how much the laces hang after tightening the boot.

Excellent children's boots in my review.

Bought these for my 3 year old nephew and they do a great job of keeping feet dry and warm. Material of excellent quality. Would buy again when his legs grow

Done poorly don't waste your money

3 weeks after purchase, the boots ripped at the back. I contacted support, they offered to return 50% of the purchase price. This will not buy new boots for my child. Don't waste money and time.

Got a new pair

Customer service is incredible. I got a new pair and this pair is way better and they seem to be super high quality! That's my review.

Day in and week out I am pleasantly surprised at the quality of these boots. They are AMAZING for many reasons, especially the price! My son's feet stay warm and dry after hours of outdoor play in the snow and mud. My son can easily put these boots on and off by himself which is a big plus for the little boy's confidence. Looks sturdy and has good traction!

I gave it 5 stars for its excellent quality. The inside is so soft that my son can't get enough of the softness 😃. He is a 1Y so I chose a 2Y and it suits him perfectly with little room to grow. I LOVE THIS BRAND. WE ARE ON OUR FOURTH COUPLE AS THE KIDS GROW.

This is the fourth pair of boots I have bought from this brand. I only need new ones as my kids are growing - the boots have definitely held up.
