When a piece of your stuff wears out, it's nice to be able to get replacements. We really like this vacuum cleaner and use it quite often.

My brush had a hole in it and was making a terrible noise so I temporarily fixed it and postponed the order. I wish I had put off the order! Works much better than the old one!

I don't know if original or fake. It seemed to work fine but broke after 2 weeks of normal use. The motor head stopped spinning, got very hot and stopped working. My original motor head has lasted 6 years with no problems. Broke almost immediately.
