Easy to install and good value for money. I thought I would have to replace the whole vacuum cleaner. I vacuumed up the cat puke from under the bed that I couldn't see. After washing the roller without removing it from the nozzle, it dried normally, but it never rolled again. After ordering a new vacuum, I found that I could replace the brush bar. Now I have a vacuum upstairs and downstairs.

I looked at the original part and the new one and I couldn't see any difference with the naked eye. After installing it was too long to press and I basically had to press a little. It's disgusting that Dyson doesn't have an inexpensive replacement option as we're more into those products. Am I using them? Yes Does it make noise and bother me with the usage time? Yes, but since the only worthy replacement for a Dyson is the whole head, I'll cross that bridge when I get there.

This was just what I needed for my Dyson V7. However, a few things should be noted. Like all Dysons, it's too expensive for a piece of plastic with bristles attached. Let's hope it lasts longer than the original, which in just two years of use (maybe 15 minutes a week) has already completely erased the black stubble. I think my Dyson vacuum is a little dated and it wasn't clearly stated that the reel would fit this model but it fitted perfectly. When I noticed that my Dyson wasn't picking up as well as it used to, it was because most of the black fibers had come loose from the rollerbar.
