To clean the filter I have found that tapping on discarded newspaper can remove most of the dirt. Dirt gets stuck in the filter folds. To wash the filter, use a dishwashing liquid such as B. Dusk and hot water. Tape the filter again with masking tape to remove debris from the bottom of the pleats. Every time I empty the bin, I have to clean the filter.

I always get tired when I buy replacement parts because you never know if they will fit. Other than that, I'm a Black+Decker guy with all my vacuums, tools, etc. branded Black+Decker. THEN WHAT! . The problem with their name brand vacuums is finding replacement parts. So if I find any like that, I'll keep my fingers crossed and they work! . exactly the same fit and look. only the small "how to" sticker that is on the original filter is missing. So from my point of view for this price ok.
