🗑️ Dust Cup Filter Replacement for Eureka Style DCF 16 Filter by EnviroCare Review

Does not fit my Eureka Altima vacuum cleaner. It looks like it should have fit, but the plastic filter cap didn't fit this filter. I ended up taking the foam out of this filter and putting it in my old filter. Not sure if I got the defective one and the best seat (so many good reviews) but I wanted at least to have the replacement foam in use now so I'm not swapping it out. The biggest disappointment.

Plastic too big. It does not fit. I can't close the plastic screen. I saved and used the filter part so I don't lose everything. I see no reason to order another one in hopes it will fit. All of this is made by one company (in China). So none of them fit my model which is listed as fitting. If I wanted I could shave off some of the rubber to make it fit. I'm not that busy.

Bought to replace the original filter I had in my vacuum for about 4 years. I think you should change it a lot more often, but you know how it is. One thing I missed is that this package also comes with a foam filter. I bought a separate pack of foam filters which I ended up not needing. Both items are washable and reusable, so save the styrofoam bag and just buy this set whenever you need to refresh your filter.

Purchased for Eureka UNO Model 2998 Type AZ. Many of these vacuums came with false labels stating that a DCF-9 filter should be used. The DCF-9 filters are too short to use!
