These socks are as described and are probably best worn with full size work boots. They have a nice padding layer on the bottom. They are free, but do not fall off. I will most likely get the best out of them when I wear them at home in the winter.

I ordered a size 9-12 and they fit my size 11 feet perfectly. I would describe them as thicker than average socks but not overly thick. They're comfortable and have a pronounced heel shape to keep them from rolling when you wear them. According to the label, they are designed in Brooklyn, New York, but made in Pakistan.

Lovely soft socks very thick around the sole and fit perfectly most of the time when I buy socks they fit really really snug on my calves and after wearing them all day catching they start to hurt but these socks don't do that to me so I'll definitely be buying more.

I like that they really feel like cotton and not thin nylon socks. These are good for the outdoors and I will wear them under socks that I play ball with. So the base layer for 2 pairs of games. Good find.

Brooklyn's work boot socks have a nice thick, cushioned sole. For those who are on their feet all day, this cushioning provides much-needed support for your healing and arch. The high height is great for work boots as it prevents your feet/heels from chafing on your boots. Socks do not slip and fit comfortably around the calf, ankle and leg. These socks wash well, no shrinkage in the dryer.
