Perfect for my Dell!

I really liked the information from the seller, which helped me to buy this charger. I've looked for MANY different adapters but none of the various retailers provided the correct product ID for my Dell computer, leading me to wonder if they are selling me the correct charger. The ID is perfect (as it should be) for my laptop and it works as it should. The charger itself seems very well made and sturdy (as you HOPE for a charger). Worked for a very short time. Customer service was helpful.

*Update: (Luckily customer service gave me a full refund after they offered to send a replacement cable. The only reason I didn't take a replacement cable was because they couldn't ship it to me I'm very glad they helped to solve the problem!) Lemon product but good ending!

Please read carefully! I ordered this charger and as usual it arrived within a few days. Immediately connected to the laptop and left alone. After about thirty minutes I opened the laptop and found that although the power button was on and Windows was up, it was running at about 4% and NOT charging. A popup appeared on my laptop saying I must use a charger that is at least 65W. It didn't charge my laptop or provide enough power to use it. I thought it was a 65w charger because it worked with my
