So it seems to be working. My only complaint is that the backlight is about half that of other sensors from the same manufacturer and series. I don't drive much at night.

Fits my 2015 Key West 176 Bay Reef, the old one was so foggy I couldn't see anything. Direct replacement. Be sure to disconnect the battery before installation, spark and gas do not mix

Works great. It's nice to have a sensor that is actually made in the USA so you can get factory support if you need it, which I haven't needed yet as it has worked flawlessly. It was easy to install. The only downside was that some of the connector nuts were missing from the kit. Since these are standard sizes, we were able to find them locally. The dial is easy to read even in bright light.

This is my second attempt at replacing all of the boat's sensors on the Faria and it was fairly easy both times. Last time I had to convert all the plugs to rings and while I'm suffering all the sensors worked fine. This time I was fortunate to have the gauges already de-stressed with the posts so it literally took 40 minutes to swap out 6 gauges including hooking up new power and ground connections to update the Pito GPS. I replaced the fuel gauge with this on my 2001 Sea Pro CC. The looks and finish are great. It also works perfectly. I gave 3 stars because I went on a boat for the first time this weekend with a new sensor and the lens fogged up in the first hour on the water. It was so blurry it was difficult to read without paying close attention. Fortunately, this is just a fuel gauge that is not constantly monitored. I have some other sensors that I need to replace, but now I'm hesitant to buy other…
