Sturdy but not very ergonomic.

I used to buy a fake for the office every four or five years, but since they no longer sell it I've started to expand. I ordered this one and was very disappointed with how it felt. After a few hours of getting used to it, you might find that you're leaning down considerably, as the part you're sitting on is quite large - the correct position would be much closer to your back, but you'll have to keep adjusting. Good ergonomic chair best in home office desk chairs

I have been using this chair for a few months now. Here are my take on it. This chair wasn't as difficult to build as others have claimed. The assembly instructions are very sparse, but I think they are sufficient to assemble properly. The chair has no wheels, which can make it difficult to maneuver when getting in and out. Everything is fine except for a thin shin guard

My wife bought me this chair because of back problems in the office. I have been using it for a few weeks and have found that it has helped some and I am optimistic that it will continue to improve my back pain. This takes some getting used to as it forces you to use your core muscles when seated, which we don't typically do when using a high-back office chair.
