The dress is beautiful and comes in sealed packaging so be prepared to steam it. It is suitable for hair that goes down the arms and shoulders but it may be more my daughter's build, very tall with thin shoulders but she loves this dress.

I bought a dress for my granddaughter, the package came with tire marks on the packaging bag, and the dress was so wrinkled that the folds were torn, the dress was damaged. So disappointed.

This dress exceeded my expectations considering I only paid $17.99 for it. My daughter is now wearing 24m clothes and I have ordered a dress for 1-2 years. It fits perfectly! I steamed to remove wrinkles. My only complaint (which didn't really matter) was that I ordered cream and the product said cream, but it clearly looks white.
