If you have a small junction box behind that panel, I had trouble bending the HDMI cable to fit the small junction box. I don't know much about reviews but here it is. I need an HDMI port to get behind a wall mounted TV just to get the cables out of the way. That was easy for me, since the cable box is directly behind it in another room. I simply drilled a 1" hole in the wall, slipped the pig tail through the wall, and attached the cover to the drywall. This is actually a set of nine separate parts to assemble or modify. Four of the two Phillips mounting screws. The two remaining slots. They didn't even have the decency to use today's common Phillips and slotted screw combination to attach an internal component to an electrical box or low-voltage frame with an "F" connector and an HDMI connector.
