This is a great compressor. If you don't have the resources to rebuild your factory compressor, this is ABSOLUTELY what you need.

Compressor worked great. Exactly the same part. The only minor complaint I had was that it wasn't pre-lubricated. But the 2001 Excursion is back for icy family rides.

Perfect fit, cold dinner. The air conditioning now cools the Ford Excursion quickly, even in Las Vegas, outside temperature 115, and keeps it pleasantly cold.

Compressor works great but a bit noisy which is annoying. The exchange takes over 6 hours and I work as an air conditioner installer. If this doesn't work, I won't work another day.

Works perfectly... Be careful when choosing the right clutch. The superchargers are the same, but there were at least two different clutch types for the Fords. Also, while under the hood, insulate the wiring and battery.

Seems to work great. The only problem was I installed it and picked up the car to pump out and charge the system. They asked how much oil got into the compressor. I did not know. It would be helpful for people like me to indicate the amount of oil in the compressor on the packaging.
