The zippers on the corners almost don't close. They don't fit together and come loose when you pull them together after a long period of work? In the end we had to sew each one together and of course we hope it stays together. Bad design for the money

This was supposed to be for outdoors but the instructions mentioned the plug was not weatherproof - what to do? If it's outside, everything has to be weatherproof. It's also not that firm to the ground, a bit awkward. It's not worth the high price, good idea but overpriced. Another thing is who needs a timer. I didn't know it had a timer so you have to turn it on every time the time is up, wow it's such a challenge. Very disappointed.

It took my cat a while to figure out what it was. Eventually we tucked in the old shirt he liked to lie in and he calmed down permanently. The heating is adjusted so that it does not overheat. It has temperature setting, timer setting and on/off switch. My only change would be the "always on" setting for the heating pad. I have to check it every 12 hours to make sure it's still on. I bought two of these for my wildcats. They can't be heated all the time so I had to go out every night and reinstall the heated beds for 12 hours. Not the most comfortable. They are also very difficult to assemble as the walls have to be zipped shut. So it's like trying to zip up a coat with broken zippers. Took forever. I spent 45 minutes on a page. Just a warning. They are more suited to house cats or feral cats if you have a covered porch. I will donate them, I ended up buying insulated…

I have an outdoor cat and my wife always complains that it's not good to keep her outside when it's cold. (Even if she prefers to be outside) I bought this house anyway to calm her down to be honest but the cat loves it! The heating can be set to 12 hours to allow the animal to get through the night. The pad is easy to clean, so if you get that nasty ball of fur or a dead bird, it's easy to clean up. How well it's put together, it's velcro, that's all. It probably won't be good in bad weather…
