These blades work, but I think they should last longer. The blade I usually use lasted almost twice as long as this one, but is hard to come by. These blades will do the job and I cut 1/4 of the steel with them. Yes I will buy these if I can't choose my blade as it seems to be pretty much the only other 4 3/4 I can find. For light work these blades should hold up decently.

These blades are great! I cut through 25 feet of 14 gauge steel before the blade finally broke. I made 4 rip cuts in 14 gauge sheet steel in less than 5 minutes, followed by several shortcuts. A saber saw would last all day, and I don't want to spend $300 on a cheap plasma cutter. It's a great alternative to cutting steel. wear protective gear. Pieces of steel are flying everywhere.

Love this little alloy saw. Ten calibration cuts are simple and easy to use. I often cut out damaged farm equipment parts for replacement and this saw works great compared to the blade on an angle grinder. They just don't hold up as well as expected. Once one of the carbide tips breaks off, there won't be many cuts left before a replacement is needed.
