This fan combines versatility and airflow speed. Lots of customization and fan settings - that's exactly what I wanted. I like the remote but the cover is difficult to remove. The fan appears to be of good quality. The various ways to personalize this piece are perfect for people who need more flexibility in where and how they want the air to flow. Very quiet, precise and efficient control. Recommend this fan for picky people.

I bought this fan and so far it has been fantastic. This fan was assembled without tools and only took about 5 minutes. I really like that you can remove the fan cover without unscrewing it. My old fan was such a pain to clean because of the fan guard. The remote control of this fan is so convenient and amazing for all my family members. The buttons on the remote control are not tiny and are easy to press. Thank you for this amazing fan. ♥ I will buy again from this seller. :D

UPDATE 11/02/17, Revain Help gave me information about vendors. I emailed them and two days later they emailed back saying they would be sending a NEW remote control. Is free. Good service.
