Not a bad boot! They are hard-wearing and warm, while still keeping out snow and slush well. I recommend it for kids who are still growing (since you know you'll have to buy a new pair next year).

At first I thought the boys were fine, but my kids play outside a lot and the boys just can't take it. The front sole has come off. They also get wet too easily and I have to constantly dry the innards. They might be worth it if you don't live somewhere with a lot of snow, but I wouldn't buy them again for our needs.

I ordered a size 5 based on another reviewer who said they run small but I felt it was still too big for our son who normally wears a size 4. These are good warm boots. The size is as expected. Pink and gray are cute. It is darker, slightly purplish-pink. My daughter loves the soft fur lining inside. The thick grip on the outsole is good for slippery pavements. The velcro is simple but firm enough that some little fingers might not be strong enough to undo it unaided. Bonus: I was able to rip off the ugly logo without damaging the boots.

I ordered a size larger than my measurements on the chart to accommodate thick socks. But even in my thinnest socks, the fit is too short. To make matters worse, the left one barely fits my slightly larger foot, but the right one, on my slightly smaller foot, actually cramps my toes. So.
