Works as it should. - Car

Good product. This in itself is not a problem but they come with 6 hooks not 5 as shown in the picture. I put them in snow chains and they work as expected. This is a very durable cable. It was a lot harder than I expected to snap the hooks onto the chains because the rubber is very strong. They will definitely keep your chain in place. I'm only rating these 4 starts because I haven't tried them in the mud/snow and I don't know how durable the rubber is. But I think they will work just fine…

They don't seem to fit 16 " wheels and up.

Appears to match the advert. But while I'm still in good shape for my age, I'm not as agile and strong anymore. like 30 years ago, so my complaint might stem from that. Try as I might, and as a farmer, builder, and truck driver I'm pretty good at making mechanical things work, I couldn't get more than three of the attached hook. It seems to me that the adjusters might be the wrong size for 16" tires/wheels. ? I'm just saying. I decided that if I needed them, I would pray for the success of…

Need some adjustment

Works and some snow chains (cheaper $30) might benefit from using one. Why some chains don't need this doesn't make sense since cheaper wire rope chains don't have a tensioner. In fact, my chains that are over 12 years old actually advise buying a pair of tensioners (not included!). But before use, you need to do the following: take the pliers and bend the rubber side of the hook more tightly so that it does not fall off. It's not a quality tire but it will do the job. However, their elasticity

Easily breaks down into accessories and parts

Update: Okay, I'll upgrade this to two stars. Read my original review below. Upon further investigation, I believe I simply received a faulty product. Since my regulator was already broken, I went through it and tried to pull it to break it again. This time I pulled it really hard and it didn't break! I checked where mine broke and it looks like the rubber has a weak spot right there (looks like it was punctured by a two prong machine). So mine broke very easily, but I don't think that's…
